Terms and conditions for Month to Month
For Monthly Contracts I understand and agree that I will be
automatically billed on the 1st of each month (or the immediately
following workday if the 1st is not a workday) for that month. I
understand that, provided that I give at least five (5) business days
notice before the next billing date, I may cancel a Month to Month
Contract at any time with no penalty. I will not be refunded any prior
billing if I cancel mid-month or fail to provide sufficient notice of
cancellation. I understand and agree that 6 Month and 12 Month
Contracts (“Commitment Contracts”) will be billed for the duration of
the commitment term and I have limited cancellation rights which are
defined in the billing contract. I understand that I have a three (3)
day “cooling off” period during which I may cancel any Monthly Contract
by emailing my Franchise Owner,
otherwise I will be deemed to have accepted all billing contract terms.
Products are not returnable or refundable. I understand that I may
request a “billing freeze” for Commitment Contracts of up to two (2)
months at a rate of $15 per month and that this freeze period will be
added to the duration of my Commitment Contract term. Freeze and Month
to Month Contract cancellations must be made on or before the 25th of
the month.
